September, 2020 brings tons of new features designed to boost your productivity.

Starting with the feature that is bound to save your time the most... image pasting!

You can now easily paste images into task descriptions, comments, messages and documents... Simply hit CTRL+V or Command+V to paste. No more click, click and click to choose and upload images...

We've really excited about this one in particular!

You can now easily collect information through beautiful and responsive forms that can be shared online using a link or embedded anywhere.

Create any form imaginable with over 16 input types, payments support through Stripe and PayPal, and signatures!

All new, in-app file previewer:

You can now open, preview and interact with almost any file right from within Plutio. From Microsoft documents and powerpoint presentations to excel sheets and videos, no need to download the file to view it anymore.

Native files uploader:

Before this update we relied on a third party file uploading service... Now we have our very own files uploader, built right into Plutio with native integrations with Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Facebook and Instagram.

Default invoice templates:

Did you know; you can set Plutio to automatically create invoices when a proposal is signed? Well, now you can replace the default invoice template with your very own, too!

Set your default template by logging into the app > Click on settings from the main menu > proposal tab > Auto invoicing template.

Group by client:

You can now group projects, invoices, contracts and even proposals by client. So you can see everything related to different clients in a click!

Simply choose "client" from the grouping option in the utility bar.

This update also comes packed with little updates to enhance your overall experience.

  • Sometimes you just don't want to show an item's quantity or amount, well, now you can. We've added new switches so you could show or hide fields as you see fit.
  • You will now receive notifications when mentioned in a task description.
  • We've improved the way clients can sign proposals and contracts by adding an additional "sign here" button where relevant.
